A bucket list is a list of things you want to do before you kick the bucket!
But rather than waiting until you get older or until you start to have health challenges, what about making a bucket list now. You could make a list of things you want to do in the next 3-6 months or year.
It may also be helpful to use your bucket list when you set your goals – as it can be a starting point and can keep you focussed.
Remember, when completing your bucket list, don’t get into the details – for example, whether it’s realistic, how would it work, how can I do it, etc.
At this stage, it is about the things you’d like to do within a set time frame – you can look at the details of ‘how’ at a later stage.
