We all have blind spots.

One of my coaching clients and I were speaking about this just last week – that we all have blind spots and that is why feedback from others is so important.

Without feedback from others, we may always remain blind.

I could behave in a way that is inappropriate, but unless someone gives me feedback, I won’t know. And I want the opportunity to make changes.

The Johari Window can be a very powerful activity/ discussion in the coaching relationship.

We look at what you are open about with others, what you hide from people (and why), and who can help you identify your blind spots. Your blind spots can then become hidden or open, depending on what you do with the feedback and whether you choose to share.

Unknown is what both of us don’t know.

Who could you ask (someone you trust) to give you feedback to bring some of your blind spots into your consciousness?

If you want to see changes in your life and you think coaching might help, book a free Exploration Call with me to chat about how I might be able to help you.

In many ways, 2020 was a good year for me. Despite it being a year like none before, it was an opportunity to stop, reflect, strip things back and focus on what matters most. For me these included, people and relationships.

I like a simple, yet fulfilling life, but on reflection I realised an area where I felt unsatisfied; my ‘work life’. So, much to the delight of my husband, rather than moan about it, I’ve decided to do something about it – to take action!

To get started, I asked myself a couple of questions. “What am I good at?” and “What do I love to do?” And, in asking these questions, what I found was the answers were the same as they’ve been for years…

“…I love helping and supporting people to discover their potential.”

So, with this in mind, I’m excited to share that I’m launching a new business. Yes, I’m going to start paving my own path, designing my ideal future, and working with likeminded people, along the way. I’m going to do what I love on my terms!

Now, after thinking about my own experiences, my mission will be to help busy women juggle life’s demands. Through leadership coaching, mentoring and workshops, I’ll be supporting women, like you, to get the best out of life, on their own terms!

So, join me as I start my journey. Together, let’s shape the future we want to see for ourselves and those we care about. I’d love to share in your success and support you through the setbacks.

I’m excited about the future, and of having opportunities to support other busy women juggle life’s demands.

Get started by booking a free Exploration Call to talk about how I might be able to support you, and if we’d be a good fit.
